The Black Studies Podcast (2024 – present)
The Black Studies Podcast began as a Mellon grant supported project to document key voices in the history and future of the field of Black Studies. Founded by Ashley Newby and John E. Drabinski in the Department of Africana Studies at University of Maryland, the podcast has since developed into a long term project archiving the diverse, varied perspectives that comprise Black Studies as an area of inquiry and its critical methods.
